workshop aims:

workshops include:​

  • safe, zero-impact exercises

  • suitable for most people (*)
  • individual + partner work

  • snack break (fruit + chocolate)

  • valid next steps offered at the end

  • £25 during launch period

what to bring:

  • essential: 2 large bath towels (to make special supportive-yet-yielding props for your back to release into)

  • optional: yoga mat for additional comfort (most of the workshop is done lying down)

  • all other props are provided

  • wear comfortable loose clothing

  • extra layers — most people cool down significantly as their tension and strain starts to release

  • in general, if you would like more individual attention to ensure your safety, or for specific training aims, then private sessions will work better.

  • health reasons include recent exhaustion, acute episode, major accidents or surgery.

  • training reasons include targeted focus on specific body zones, force transmission & peak performance,
