what to bring:

essential: 2 large bath towels (to make special supportive-yet-yielding props for your back to release into)

optional: yoga mat for additional comfort (most of the workshop is done lying down)

all other props are provided
-
wear comfortable loose clothing
-
extra layers — most people cool down significantly as their tension and strain starts to release
